TEMECULA – An unknown woman went into a Temecula business and walked out with a shopping bag full of unpaid merchandise on Tuesday afternoon. At around 3:00 p.m. authorities were alerted of the theft that took place in the 40000 block of Winchester Road.
Through investigation, including witness interviews, authorities learned that the woman was a white female adult, in her later 20’s to late 30’s with brown hair with blue at the tips. The woman according to witnesses also had very distinctive arrt on her right wrist area.
