VICTORVILLE – Authorities need the public’s help to find the owner of vintage sports memorabilia that is believed to be stolen. The property was located by deputies from the Victorville Station on Sunday, November 27, 2016 and is believed to be dating back to the 1940’s officials said. Included is two boxes full of the signed sports memorabilia, including miscellaneous vintage documents.
“The property is believed to be stolen and all attempts to identify a victim/owner have been unsuccessful,” San Bernardino County Sheriff’s official said in a written statement. “The property in question was likely stolen from a storage facility.” If the owner is located, he/she must provide proof of ownership and/or a police report indicating the property was stolen.
