NORTHRIDGE – A 19-year-old California State University, Northridge soccer player and business marketing freshman was charged for multiple sexual assaults officials said.
The Loma Linda man now faces one felony count each of Forcible Rape, False Imprisonment by violence, and one misdemeanor count each of Sexual Battery and Battery. Davis Moreno-Jaime is accused of sexually assaulting a woman in January. Later this year, a second woman was allegedly sexually assaulted by Moreno-Jaime and a third woman again, in July. Moreno-Jaime has been suspended from the campus as a result of the allegations.
If convicted as charged, Moreno-Jaime may be sentenced up to 12 years in prison. His bail is set at $1 million.
