CORONA – Corona police are asking for the public’s help to identify two people who are connected with the theft of a purse and vehicle at the Corona Chuze Fitness.
On Thursday, September 13, 2018, Corona police officers responded to the fitness center located in the 700 block of N. Main St. in the City of Corona. When they arrived they learned that the victim went to the gym to work out and locked her purse in a locker before doing so. When she was done working out she found that the lock was cut off of the locker and her purse was stolen. In addition to the purse being stolen, the victim noticed shortly after that her rented 2018 gray Nissan Sentra was stolen. The vehicle is similar to the one in the photo and was has a California License Plate #8ANM337.
After leaving the gym the suspects attempted to purchase gift cards at the Target in Norco with the victim’s credit card. Police obtained surveillance photos of the suspect leaving the store. Anyone who recognizes the suspects should contact Officer Juarez at Jose.Juarez@CoronaCA.gov.
