Detectives Need the Public’s Help to Locate Missing Hawthorne Man

HAWTHORNE – A 63-year-old Hawthorne man who suffers from dementia is missing and detectives are seeking the public’s help to locate him. Jessie Stevenson was last seen walking away from his home in the 4800 block of 135th Street in the City of Hawthorne on Sunday, September 11, 2016, at around 2:00 a.m.

Stevenson is 5’10”, 207 pounds, has brown eyes, a goatee and  has gray/black hair that he combs back. He was last seen wearing a black shirt with white letters “La Misa Necka”, blue jeans, black/white shoes and a purple medical alert bracelet.

His family is very concerned and is asking that anyone with any information pertinent to this incident contacts the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department Missing Person’s Detail Sergeant Nunez or Detective Abraham at (323) 890-5500.
