If you are anything like many American families the summer vacation can be financially concerning. The children are home from school and need things to do and for some reason, appetites tend to be at an all-time high.

There is relief, the USDA Sponsors a Summer Food Rocks Program, which provides breakfast and/or lunch to children 18 and under that may have otherwise gone without. There is no proof of income required all you have to do is bring your children to one of the listed locations.
