Man and Two Juveniles Arrested for Sexual Assault of Unconscious Minor

LAKE ELSINORE, Calif. – A Lake Elsinore man was arrested for inappropriate sexual relationships with three juvenile girls.

The illegal activities were revealed when the Lake Elsinore Sheriff’s Station received a “We tip” regarding a male subject receiving a distributing child pornography. The anonymous tip lead to an extensive investigation. During the investigation, deputies learned that Morgan Fowler, 29, of Lake Elsinore, was involved in illegal sexual relationships with three juveniles. It was learned that the female juveniles were between 14 and 17-years-old.

The incidents allegedly occurred over the past four years. On Thursday, August 1, 2019, Fowler was arrested in the area of Clinton Keith Road and Arya Road in the City of Wildomar. A search warrant was conducted in the 19000 of White Birch in the City of Lake Elsinore, which supported claims made my juvenile victims.

Fowler was booked at the Cois Byrd Detention Center on numerous counts of felony sexual assault against minors and is being held on an one-million-dollar bail.
