Wildomar Man, 67, Arrested for Suspect Drug Dealing

LAKE ELSINORE, Ca. – A man and two male juveniles were arrested for the sexual assault of a minor authorities said.

On Tuesday, April 28, 2020, a video surfaced showing an unconscious juvenile victim being sexually assaulted. The video led to an investigation, which identified Manuel Paul Vicente, 38, of Lake Elsinore as the adult suspect. The two male juvenile suspects were also learned to be from Lake Elsinore. On April 30, 2020, authorities served a search warrant and searched a home in the 29000 block of Scoreboard in the City of Lake Elsinore. The three suspects were arrested without incident.

Two other victims were identified through the investigation. Vicente is being held at Cois Byrd Detention Center on $2 million bail. The two juvenile suspects were booked at the Southwest Juvenile Hall.
