LOS ANGELES, Calif. – A retired Los Angeles Police Department officer was charged with the possession of child pornography, the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office said.
Clark Warren Baker, 61, was arrested after images of child pornography were found on an external hard drive during a search of his home in November 2018. He was arrested but posted $20,000 bail.
He was charged with one count of possession of child or youth pornography.Baker faces up to three years in prison if convicted as charged.
