ADELANTO, Ca. – A male subject was struck and killed on Air Expressway near Pearmain Street in the City of Adelanto on Wednesday morning.
Deputies from the Victor Valley Station responded to a “man down” report in the area of Air Expressway and Pearmain Street. When they arrived they located a man lying on the shoulder of Air Expressway. The male pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities said that the man appeared to be struck by a vehicle which was driving on Air Expressway. The Victor Valley Major Accident Investigation Team responded to the scene to assume the investigation.
Anyone who witnessed the collision or has information regarding the vehicle is urged to contact the Victor Valley Station.
