TULSA, OK – Authorities from the Tulsa, Oklahoma Police Department are attempting to identify a naked male subject who masturbate in the driveway of a home.

The incident occurred on April 10, 2019, the man seen on the video parked in a driveway of a home near 31st and Sheridan. When he got out of his vehicle, completely naked, he masturbated in the driveway of the home. When done, he wiped his hands off on the grass at the home and got back in his vehicle to leave. The homeowner does not recognize the male suspect or his vehicle.

Police officials said that many have asked if they collected DNA evidence from semen left at the scene. Police said that the person must have DNA on file, meaning he would have to be previously convicted of a felony. They also said that rain would have probably destroyed the DNA evidence since there was a full day of rain only days later. “It would be impossible for any collectible material to have made it through that much rainfall,” Police officials said in a news release.
