BURBANK, Calif. – Marion Henry Hall, also known as Pooch Hall, who plays Darryl Donovan on the show, Ray Donovan, admitted to driving under the influence while his 2-year-old son sat on his lap.
On October 3, 2018, Hall was driving in Burbank, when he swerved and crashed into a parked vehicle while his son was sitting in his lap. In court on Wednesday, March 20, 2019, Hall pleaded no contest to one count of misdemeanor driving with blood alcohol content over .08 percent and child endangerment.
He was sentenced to three years of probation, a 3-month residential alcohol treatment program, and one year of parenting classes. His driver’s license has also been suspended for a period of 6 months.
