PALM SPRINGS – A Palm Springs man was seriously injured on Sunday night after he was struck by a vehicle. At around 9:37 p.m. the Palm Springs Police Department dispatch received a report of a collision involving the vehicle and pedestrian near N Sunrise Way and E Vista Chino.
The preliminary investigation determined that the vehicle was driving westbound on Vista Chino and the pedestrian who is in his early-60’s was walking outside of the crosswalk northbound when he was struck by the vehicle. The male pedestrian remains in the hospital in serious condition.
