BARSTOW – A 12-year-old Barstow gang member was arrested on Monday for felony vandalism, officials said. After an investigation regarding the vandalism of several vehicles parked at the Barstow Station on June 29th deputies was led to the juvenile.
The boy was booked into the San Bernardino Juvenile Hall.
