Family Assistance Program

RANCHO CUCAMONGA – Police are still looking for a woman responsible for the theft of a money order on Wednesday, April 6, 2016. At around 4:45 p.m. that day the victim purchased a money order at the 7-Eleven at 7900 Haven Avenue in Rancho Cucamonga. The $645.00 money order was to be used for the victim’s rent.

The victim inadvertently left the money order on the counter and returned to the 7-Eleven when she was unable to find it. The employee reviewed surveillance footage with the customer and they saw the suspect pick up the money order under her own paperwork and leave the store once her transaction was complete.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic woman, 25-35 years of age, 5’3-5’6” tall, and 150-170 pounds. She was driving a Silver Suzuki XL7.

If anyone has information they are urged to contact the Rancho Cucamonga Police Department, Detective Justin Musella (909) 477-2852 jmusella@sbcsd.org
