RIVERSIDE – Late last summer 24/7 Headline News interviewed a Riverside, actor, producer, and director, Christopher L. Robinson. When interviewed he spoke of a film titled, “Jessie” and mentioned that he was shooting for the moon at the festivals which he planned to submit the short, low-budget, independent style film to.
Christopher L. Robinson is off to an amazing start after recently winning an Award of Merit for Best Actor in a Leading Role from The IndieFEST Film Awards for his performance in, “Jessie”. Robinson said that Jessie was filmed in the City of Riverside and featured Megan Porter, Ethan Mcdowell, and Michael Glenny. Robinson took part in writing the screenplay along with Mike Boss and Ethan Mcdowell. “I wanted to make this film for my friends and to showcase what we can do so that we can be seen, I feel like it’s off to a good start,” Christopher L. Robinson said.
