RIVERSIDE – A distraught man was taken into custody after a potentially dangerous situation on the 100 block of Manfield Street in the City of Riverside on Monday. At around 4:50 p.m. the Riverside Police received a call from a woman stating that the male said that he wanted to kill himself. The woman said that the male subject was under the influence of alcohol and prescription medications.
