RIVERSIDE – A Riverside teen was the victim of a home invasion robbery on Saturday afternoon authorities said. At around 2:09 p.m. three suspects were involved in a home invasion robbery at a home in the 8400 block of Syracuse Street in the Orangecrest area.
The female in her late teens was approached by another female that was in her 20’s as she walked toward the front door of her home. The female suspect followed as the second suspect (suspect #1) walked up and pushed the victim down as she began running toward her front door. The female (suspect #1) and another male suspect (suspect #3) entered and ransacked the home, while suspect #2 held the victim. After collecting some property from the home, all three suspects left in two vehicles; a dark-colored 4-door sedan, possibly a Chevy and a red 2-door muscle car, possibly a Chevy Camaro.
Suspect #1 was described as a Black female adult in her 20’s. She was around 5’0” tall, 150 pounds, with black shoulder length hair. She was last seen wearing a black T-shirt with white stripes, black pants, and a white headband.
Suspect #2 was a Black man in his 40’s with facial hair. He was last seen wearing a gray long sleeve shirt, black pants, and black shoes.
Suspect #3 was a Black man with black hair. He was last seen wearing a black long sleeve shirt, tan pants, blue baseball cap, and a yellow reflective construction type vest.
