SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. – The alleged abuse of a 4-year-old boy led to the arrest of a San Bernardino man.
On March 18, 2019, a Child and Adult Protective Services deputy began investigating possible abuse of a 4-year-old boy. The referral came from Children and Family Services, who suspected physical abuse of the small boy.
The case was investigated and evidence substantiating the claim was collected. On Tuesday, March 19, 2019, 25-year-old Cameron Martin was located by authorities in the 7200 block of Conejo Drive in San Bernardino. Martin was arrested and booked at the Central Detention Center for felony physical child abuse. He is being held in lieu of $100,000 bail and is expected to appear at the San Bernardino Superior Court on Thursday.
