TEMECULA – Two Santa Ana residents were arrested for possession of illicit drugs for the purpose of sale on Saturday morning. Officials said that at around 5:24 a.m. they were dispatched to the 45000 block of Pechanga Parkway.
The reporting party told dispatchers that they believed there was drug activity from a vehicle that was in a parking structure. Deputies made contact with the occupants of the vehicle who were later identified as Rudy Torres and Karina Melgoza. Deputies located methamphetamine and Heroin in the possession of Torres.
More methamphetamine and other contraband were located in the vehicle. Both suspects were arrested and booked into the Southwest Detention
