CORONA – A Santiago High School student was reported for drawing pictures of guns in a notebook, authorities said. Students reported that the pages that had the sketched pictures also had the words, “do not go to school on Mar 28” on them. Officers made contact with the student at his home and no guns were found. The student also said that he never wrote any threats and that he just likes to draw the guns from the computer games that he plays.
The student showed officers the notebook and they were able to confirm his statement. Officials say that there was no credible threat.
