RIVERSIDE – Riverside Police are asking for the public’s help to identify two fraud suspects who stole a wallet and made fraudulent transactions using the credit cards inside.
On Tuesday, January 23, 2018, at around 12:00 p.m. a woman was sitting inside the Panera Bread located at 3560 Riverside Plaza Drive in the City of Riverside. She felt a bump on her chair and looked back to see that her purse had fallen to the ground. Authorities said that upon picking up her purse, she realized that her wallet, which contained cash and credit cards was missing. Later she noticed that transactions were made at Target and Bed Bath & Beyond stores. While making the fraudulent transactions the suspects, a White or Hispanic female adult, 25-35-years-old, approximately 5’6” tall with a medium build, with dark brown shoulder-length hair and a White or Hispanic man, 25-35-years-old, 5’7” tall with medium build.
