Suspect on PRCS Arrested for Murder of Oro Grande Mother of Six

VICTORVILLE, Ca. – An arrest has been made in the Victorville Motel 6 killing of a mother of six.

Authorities said that on Monday, September 2, 2019, at around 4:15 a.m.. they responded to the Motel 6 located in the 16800 block of Stoddard Wells Road for the report of an injured woman. Upon arrival, they found Monica Flores, 35, of Oro Grande, and began lifesaving measures. Emergency medical personnel arrived shortly after and transported Flores to a local hospital where she was pronounced deceased.

Homicide detectives responded and conducted an investigation. The suspect was identified as a convicted felon who was out of prison on Post Release Community Supervision (PRCS), also known as AB109. Haywood Ramon Foster, 27, of Victorville,  has a criminal history including convictions for Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Drug Possession, and multiple violations of PRCS. 

 Foster was located at the Motel 6 located at 16868 Stoddard Wells road on September 6, 2019, where he was arrested for the Murder of Monica Flores. He is being held without bail and is scheduled to appear at the Victorville Superior Court on the morning of Tuesday, September 10, 2019.
