ADELANTO – More than just a touch of class, but a welcoming family-like environment where education is a key aspect of the soon-to-be-open Jet Room in the City of Adelanto.
The public announcement came after residents noticed construction in the area, but were not sure what was happening to the old Jet Room. The Jet Room has for years, carried many memories to those in the Victor Valley as a place where airmen from George Air Force Base would go to unwind. Now carrying the new address of 17499 Adelanto Road, only one mile north of the Adelanto Stadium and less than a mile from CA-395, the Jet Room has evolved, along the acceptance of their offered product due to increased education.
The Jet Room has an expected Grand Opening date in early-December. With considerable thought going into the compliance of the business, the team is continuing to put the finishing touches to the elegantly upgraded and decorated, very first of it’s kind in California, State-Compliant Medical Cannabis Dispensary. Unlike other dispensaries that are in mostly seedy areas, and some being all about the “weed”, the Jet Room places their customers in the lap of luxury with a first class experience from start to finish. Liza Kramer, the Director of Training at MJRX Corp said that the operations will be highly secure with both human security, as well as state-of-the-art surveillance cameras that feed into the Adelanto Police Department which is only miles away.
In addition to providing customers, who in this case, can be more accurately described as patients, with hundreds of choices educators are there to help answer any questions. Inside the waiting area, there will also be a kiosk available for those who do not yet have a medical cannabis card. Those approved by a physician within minutes while sitting in the large and comfortable seating area will be provided with a printout, which can immediately be used to gain access to the dispensary portion of the facility and to purchase the necessary product. As the patient waits, they can browse apparel, dispensary pricing, as well as a country-western inspired art piece which is original to the Jet Room. After a short wait, an employee will take the patient through two sets of doors into the dispensary, just one person at a time. The patient will have the opportunity to choose from the many products by many well-known manufacturers such as Honey Pot, Kush, Canna Candys and many more.
Some patients will be new to the experience, never stepping foot in a dispensary before and for those patients, or even those just wanting to try something different, the Jet Room has education specialists that can direct patients to the product that may best provide the desired results. Used by patients for years, with proven results treating pain, insomnia, nausea, muscle spasms, poor appetite, nerve pain, seizure disorders, anxiety, glaucoma, as well as many other medical ailments. Cannabis is also known to carry properties helping to slow the progression or treat the effects of conditions and diseases such as Arthritis, Alzheimer’s disease, Cancer, Hepatitis C, Multiple Sclerosis, Lupus, Crohn’s disease, and Parkinson’s DiseaseThis is why the Jet Room will be offer what they are calling “Compassion Pricing”, reducing the price for those in need of this still, medically uncovered miracle drug.
Compliant with the Medicinal Adult Use Cannabis Regulation Safety Act (MAUCRSA), the woman-owned business will provide a clean, safe, and elegant experience where even those more conservative patients will feel comfortable knowing that their information is kept strictly confidential.
Located around 40 miles north of the nearest dispensary, the Jet Room will provide the convenience that patients need without delivery being the only available option. Owner Lisa Marie Guerra said that no expense has been spared in order to provide the best experience for their patients, all while staying compliant. The MJRX Corp. and executive management team will be the first to run the entire operation, but according to Guerra, employees will soon be a necessity and at least 50% of their employees will be those who reside in the City of Adelanto.
The Jet Room will be open to the public 7 days a week, from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Patients will all need a doctor’s recommendation in order to be served and along with compassion pricing, there will be specials available to veterans, seniors, and faith communities.
