OROSI, Ca. – A 31-year-old Tulare County man was arrested for inappropriately touching a 13-year-old child.
Tulare County Sheriff officials said that they responded to Orosi home on Friday, September 20, 2019, for the report of lewd acts with the child. When they arrived they conducted interviews with witnesses and spoke with the suspect. The reporting party said that the man that they knew touched the child inappropriately.
The suspect, Cesar Rodriguez was arrested and was booked into jail for lewd acts on a child under 14 years old.
The relationship between the victim and suspect is not being released.
