VICTORVILLE – The suspects who walked into a Victorville AMPM and shot two male employees remains at large Friday morning.
At 3:46 am an employee at the AMPM located at 12117 Palmdale Road at CA-395 called 911 and stated that he had been shot. He went on to tell the dispatcher that his coworker had also been shot by one of two black males who were wearing all black. He said that the shooter who was approximately 5’5″ tall with a braided goatee with red beads in it walked in and immediately began shooting.
The two suspects then fled northbound on CA-395 in a white sedan. The victim said that the suspects were the same suspects who were involved in an earlier beer run at the same location, fleeing in a black Chevy SUV with no plates.
The two victims were reported to be awake and breathing when they were airlifted for treatment of gunshot wounds to the stomach and the other on the back. The incident remains under investigation and no further information is available at this time. Anyone with information is urged to contact the Victorville Sheriff’s Station at 760-241-2911.
