PERRIS, Ca. – A Wednesday evening shooting in the City of Perris left two wounded and one dead, authorities said.
At around 5:00 p.m. deputies responded to the 200 block of East 7th Street for the report of a shooting. When deputies arrived, they found three men in the alleyway suffering from gunshot wounds. Two were rushed to a local hospital for treatment of their injuries. Both transported victims are expected to survive. The other victim died at the scene as a result of shooting.
Homicide detectives responded to the scene to assume the investigation. The investigation is ongoing, no other information is available at this time.
