PERRIS, CA. – Perris residents were horrified when the bodies of three adult men were found at the Perris Valley Cemetery on Monday.
The report was made on Monday morning, indicating that three unresponsive males were lying on the ground at the cemetery located at 915 N. Perris Boulevard in the City of Perris. All three men were determined to be deceased and all were identified as Perris residents, Jaime Covarrubias Espindola, 50, Jose Maria Aguilar-Espejel, 38, and Rodrigo Aguilar-Espejel, 28.
Through investigation the suspect has been identified as Jose Luis Torres Garcia, 33, of Perris. Authorities said that Garcia is also wanted for two misdemeanor warrants in Riverside and San Mateo counties.
Garcia is around 5’9” tall, 180 pounds, has black hair and brown eyes. The motive in the killings is being investigated at this time. Authorities have received information that the gravesite where the three deceased males were found was that of a man kidnapped, killed, and abandoned on the road in Michoacan,Mexico. Uver Hernández Castañeda, 36, was believed to be shot to death by the Mexican cartel. Riverside County Sheriff’s are investigating if the two incidents are related in any way.
