VICTORVILLE, Calif. – A Victorville business owner was arrested for arranging to meet with a minor for sex according to arrest records.
Dalsukh Kumbhani, 42, of Victorville, was arrested at the Plum Tree Luxury Apartments located at 14344 McArt at around 3:30 p.m., on Tuesday, February 19, 2019. Kumbhani, who is a married father of three, was arrested for contact with minor for sex, providing harmful material to a minor, and arranging to meet with a minor for sex. The details of the arrest and information about the victim are not known at this time.
Mara Rodriguez, the Victorville Sheriff’s Department spokeswoman said that Kambhani was arrested as part of an ongoing investigation. She also stated to a 24/7 Headline News Reporter that no information is being released at this time. Kambhani, the owner of the Sunset Inn located at 15765 Mojave Drive in the City of Victorville posted bail at 1:22 a.m. on Wednesday, February 20, 2019, and was released from custody. There are no court appearance dates scheduled at this time.
