VICTORVILLE, Calif. – A Victorville man was arrested after making a false police report in an attempt to harass the occupants of the home.
On Tuesday, April 16, 2019, at around 12:00 p.m. Abraham Quintana, 24, called 911 to report that a woman was being held against her will at a home in the 13400 block of Monterey Way. “
Multiple deputies responded to the location and determined it to be a false report,” said Victorville Sheriff Station Spokeswoman Mara Rodriguez. “They learned Quintana was known to the occupants and had been harassing them.”
Deputies responded to Quintana’s home in the 15200 block of Village Drive, where he was arrested. Quintana was booked into the High Desert Detention Center for False Reporting of an Emergency and Obstructing/Resisting an Executive Officer. He is being held in lieu of $50,000 bail.
