Approximately 460 WinCo Brand Ranch Dressing with the code date of Best By 08-23-17 are being recalled. VanLaw Food Products Inc. has issued a voluntary recall due to the back label missing an egg allergen declaration. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to eggs run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reactions if they consume the product.
These products were distributed to WinCo Stores in several states including California. The code can be found above the label on the back of the bottle. No other WinCo Foods products or this product with other date codes are involved in the recall. No illness have been reported to date as a result of the labeling error.
