WALHALLA, NC. – Megan Holman was arrested on Monday while driving under the influence but she will not be charged with a DUI due to her vehicle of choice.
Walhalla Police made South Carolina woman after a call was made to police reporting a “suspicious person”. Police responded to the location to find Holman riding on the Power Wheels truck on a public street.
Although the 25-year-old suspect was found to be under the influence of drugs, she will only be charged with public intoxication. It is unclear where Holman was going at the time of her arrest, but she was around a mile from her home.
