ADELANTO– A photo shared through numerous news organizations and social media led to an Adelanto woman accused of strong-arm robbery turning herself in.
On Thursday, June 7, 2018, at around 1 p.m. a woman, now identified as Quiara Pickney, 22, was unhappy with the result of the service she received at the Professional Nail and Spa located at 14196 US Hwy 395 in Adelanto.
