HESPERIA – Deputies from the Hesperia Station and emergency medical personnel responded to the Pilot Truck Stop for the report of a stabbing on Monday evening. At around 7:00 p.m. a male victim, a 34-year-old Nevada man, reported that he was stabbed by another truck driver during an altercation at the truck stop located at 8701 Highway 395 in the City of Hesperia.
When deputies arrived, they learned that the suspect, identified as Joseph Leroy, 29, of Arizona, approached the victim due to the way he had parked his truck.
