ADELANTO, Ca. – An Adelanto mother and father were arrested for the neglect of their one-year-old baby girl, police said.

On August 19, 2019, detectives began investigating the report of child neglect. As part of the investigation they went to the suspects’ home in the 19000 block of Muskrat Avenue in the City of Adelanto on September 14, 2019. Detectives made contact with the child’s parents John Dominicci, 31, and Monica Vasquez, 31, both of Adelanto. In addition, they saw the child who was severely malnourished and dehydrated.
