ADELANTO, Ca. – A 16-year-old Adelanto male, who was already on probation for a previous conviction was arrested on Wednesday for breaking into a home, authorities said.
Authorities were alerted to a residential burglary at a home in the 18500 block of Laurel Lane in the City of Adelanto on Tuesday, December 3, 2019, at around 10:40 p.m. The victim said that when they were not home the suspect(s) broke their sliding patio door and entered the home. They stole computer equipment, televisions, a cellphone, and other personal property.
Investigation led to a 16-year-old juvenile being named as a suspect involved in the burglary. A search was conducted of the teen’s home in the 19000 of Panther Avenue. The stolen phone was located, but the other property has not been located. The investigation is ongoing.. .
The teen who was on probation was arrested without incident and booked at the San Bernardino County Juvenile Hall.
