RIALTO, Ca. – A Rialto man was arrested on Wednesday after over 2000 images containing extremely graphic child pornography and beastiality, authorities said.
Miguel Hernandez, 19, of Rialto, allegedly had been downloading and distributing the child pornography over the internet leading to a search of his home in the 100 block of North Pine Avenue. When authorities arrived at his home, several electronic devices were seized for evidence. The 2000 images and videos included prepubescent children engaged in sadomasochistic and bestiality situations.
Hernandez was interviewed and was arrested for Possession and Distribution of Child Pornography, Possession of Child Pornography in excess of 600 images and Possession of Child Pornography that portrayed sexual sadism or sexual masochism. Hernandez was booked at West Valley Detention Center where he is being held in lieu of $100,000 bail. Hernandez is scheduled to appear at the Rancho Cucamonga Superior Court on Friday, December 13, 2019.
