LUDLOW – Described as a man that valued helping others, Jayson Hinder a former Australian Capital Territory— ACT parliamentarian died in a single motorcycle crash on Sunday afternoon.
At around 2:45 p.m. Hinder, 51, of Australia was riding on National Trails Highway near the East Pisgah Crossing when he lost control of his Yamaha Motorcycle after failing to negotiate a left curve. California Highway Patrol (CHP) officers and emergency medical personnel responded and found Hinder lying on the road unresponsive. Life-saving measures were made, but according to authorities, Mr. Hinder did not respond. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Hinder lived a life of tribulation, but out of that, he worked hard to reform those trials into triumph. The 51-year-old high-profile lawyer of his own law firm, Jayson Hinder, and Associates who also sat as the Bendigo Bank chairman lost his father at the age of seven. His mother, an art teacher at the time was forced to leave her regular job and take on other employment and send young Jayson Hinder off to boarding school. Hinder worked hard to achieve his dream while working his way through college to become a lawyer.
It is unclear why Hinder was in California, but some of his family was believed to be traveling with him. Hinder who loved motorcycles, rugby, music and community work leaves behind his wife, Lisa and his three adult children.
