Authorities Asking for Help to Identify Suspect Involved in Victorville Walmart Assault

VICTORVILLE – Authorities are asking for the public’s help to identify a woman who assaulted a customer at the Victorville Walmart on Sunday afternoon. The incident occurred at around 2:15 p.m. in the 11800 block of Amargosa Road in the City of Victorville.

The female driver of a silver 2011 Chevrolet Equinox, license plate number 6SOD764 accused the victim of hitting her vehicle with a shopping cart. “The passenger of the Chevrolet then got out of the car and punched the victim in the face and sprayed her with an unknown chemical,” said Victorville Sheriff’s Station spokeswoman Mara Rodriguez.  “The suspect returned to the car and she and the driver left the area.”

The suspect was described as a heavy-set black woman in her late 20’s to early 30’s. She was last seen wearing a green Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles t-shirt and light blue ripped jeans. The driver, was also a black woman who was wearing a white halter top with flowers and large hoop earrings. The driver, according to witnesses had long fingernails that were painted red and yellow.
