HESPERIA – On Tuesday morning a man was located in the dirt lot near 11th Avenue and Live Oak Street. He was unresponsive and suffering from what appeared to be gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene by responding medical personnel.
The deceased man was identified by Sheriff’s officials as Juan “Johnny” Ochoa, a 33-year-old Hesperia man. The suspect and/or motive remains unknown at this time. Authorities are asking for the public’s help to lead them to the person responsible for the murder.
The investigation is ongoing, detectives are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the suspects involved.
