CHINO HILLS, Calif. – Authorities are asking for the public’s help with identifying a suspect who was caught on a surveillance camera masturbating.
On Sunday, March 24, 2019, deputies from the Chino Hills Station responded to the 14000 block of Silver Spur Court for the report of an approximately 20-year-old Asian man caught on camera committing a lewd act. Through investigation, it was determined that at around 2:30 a.m. the man approached the victim’s door and began masturbating.
Detectives believe that there may be other unreported incidents involving the suspect or that someone might recognize the suspect.
