SAN JACINTO, Calif. – Riverside County Sheriff’s deputies from the San Jacinto Station are asking for the public’s help to locate an attempted kidnapping suspect.
Billie Fenter, 40, of San Jacinto, drives a black 4-door Nissan Sentra with Arizona license plate number CEJ2788, and twice was believed to be involved in an attempted kidnapping. On Sunday, July 28, 2019, at around 12:34 p.m., deputies responded to Esplanade and San Jacinto Avenues for the report of a child annoyance. The victim, a 15-year-old, was able to describe the suspect and the suspect vehicle. The suspect allegedly attempted to lure the teen into his vehicle. The vehicle was described as a black, 4-door, Nissan sedan with Arizona plate number CEJ2788, Based off of the information provided, Fenter was arrested and booked for annoying and molesting a child and the vehicle described by witnesses was also found in his possession.
Fenter baled out of jail on July 29, 2019, and on Tuesday, July 30, 2019, at around 5:39 p.m., deputies responded to Esplanade and San Jacinto Avenues for the report of an attempted kidnapping. The circumstances and suspect description were nearly identical to those on July 28th. The suspect was described as a 30-40-year-old black man. He was also described as being in a black Nissan with Arizona license plates. Due to the suspect’s vehicle and physical description, the suspect was again identified as Fenter.
Deputies attempted to locate Fenter, but they were not able to find him. The San Jacinto Sheriff’s Station is asking for the public’s help with any information regarding the location of Billy Fenter and is encouraged to contact the San Jacinto Sheriff’s Station, attention Deputy Bordeau, at 951-776-1099.
