CABAZON – A woman walked into the Cabazon Sheriff’s Station on Tuesday morning to report that she was assaulted by her son.
At around 9:42 a.m. the female victim reported that Richard Diaz, 31, held her against her will and assaulted her. Authorities went to the home in the 14000 block of Marino Street and arrested Diaz without incident. Diaz was booked into the Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility for False Imprisonment and Attempted Murder.
