SAN JACINTO – A 20-year-old Calimesa man was arrested after he was found inside a vehicle on Monday with a 15-year-old girl.
At 2:20 a.m. a deputy from the San Jacinto stations was patrolling near Palm and Esplana Avenues in San Jacinto. He noticed a vehicle behind one of the buildings. Upon closer inspection, the deputy noticed that the vehicle was occupied. The deputy made contact with Joshua Blake Simmering and a 15-year-old girl. Authorities learned that the girl had met Simmering over the internet, which led to a sexual relationship.
Simmering was booked into the Riverside County Jail for Unlawful Sexual Assault on a Juvenile. Authorities believe that there may be other victims.
