CORONA – A 53-year-old Corona man was arrested for making sexually suggestive comments to two teens at a park on Tuesday. The teens were at California Heights Community Park when the man approached them and started speaking with them. The man, later identified as Steven Waters, according to the victims began using vulgar and sexually suggestive language.
Waters was arrested for misdemeanor Child Annoyance and was booked at the Corona Police station. He was released with a notice to appear. If convicted of the alleged crime Waters may face up to one year in jail and a $5,000 fine. Once convicted, any subsequent convictions for the same crime are punishable by a prison sentence.
