Victorville Home Explodes Cause Unknown

A San Bernardino County Parks District Employee, working at Mojave Narrows Park was arrested after exposing his genitals to a female coworker last week.

On Wednesday, September 22, 2021, deputies arrested Jason Collins, 27, of Spring Valley Lake for false imprisonment, indecent exposure, and battery. Through investigation, it was learned that Collins, entered the woman’s vehicle and would not allow her to get out. He then exposed his genitals and physically attempted to have the coworker touch him. After several minutes, the woman, who was in fear for her safety, was able to get Collins to get out of her vehicle. She then drove out of the area to safety, Victor Valley Sheriff’s officials said.

Collins was booked at the High Desert Detention Center and is being held in lieu of $75000 bail. He will appear at the Victorville Superior Court on Wednesday morning.
