CRESTLINE, Ca. – A Crestline man was arrested for downloading a distributing over 55,0000 child pornographic images and videos over the internet.
The home of Perry Louis Ballard, 60, was served with a search warrant on Wednesday, December 18, 2019. Authorities from the Fontana Police Department’s Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force went to the 600 block of Ashlar Drive in the City of Crestline. Ballard was at home when the detectives arrived and was detained without incident.
A search of Ballard’s electronic devices confirmed that he was downloading and distributing the child pornography over the internet. He was booked into the West Valley Detention Center for the Distribution and Possession of Child Pornography. He is being held in lieu of $100,000 bail.
