VICTORVILLE – Detectives from the Victorville Station are asking for the public’s help to identify three male suspects who were involved in an armed robbery at Farmer Boys last week.
On October 15, 2018, at around 9:32 p.m. deputies responded to the report of an armed robbery that had just occurred at the restaurant on Hesperia and Nisqualli Roads in Victorville. When they arrived witnesses described the suspects as three Hispanic men. They told authorities that the suspects entered the restaurant, one with a handgun, the second with a knife, and the third with a baseball bat.
The suspects approached an employee and demanded cash. After receiving the cash they ran from the restaurant, meeting with a fourth suspect, believed to be the lookout. The suspects got into a dark-colored sedan that was driven by a fifth suspect. The vehicle went north through the alley behind the location. The vehicle then drove into the residential area. Deputies conducted an area check, but the suspects were not located.
Suspect #1 had a handgun and is described as a Hispanic or White man wearing dark-colored clothing and a blue bandana. Suspect #2 had a knife, and was described as Hispanic or White. He was wearing a blue sweatshirt and a white bandana over his face. Suspect #3 was armed with a baseball bat. He was described as a White or Hispanic and was wearing all black at the time of the robbery.
The investigation is continuing, and Detectives ask that anyone with information on the case contact Detective S. Andersen at the Victorville Police Department at (760) 241-2911 or Sheriff’s Dispatch at (760) 956-5001.
