FONTANA, Calif. – Sebastian Hunter Bullard, 27, of Fontana, was arrested for multiple sex offenses against children.
A search warrant was served on Bullard’s home in the 5000 block of Saint Albert Drive in the City of Fontana on March 6, 2019. During the search authorities made contact with Bullard and took him into custody without incident. During the search of his electronic storage devices, evidence supporting the accusations was revealed.
Bullard was booked into the West Valley Detention Center and was later transferred to the High Desert Detention Center in the City of Adelanto. Bullard is being charged with Possession or Control of Child Pornography, Use of Minor for Obscene Matter with Prior, Sending Harmful Matter to a Minor for Purpose of Seducing,and Contact with a Minor for Sexual Offense. According to court records, Bullard has a Battery conviction in 2015.
