HELENDALE-Jonathan Hearn accepted a plea deal, pleading guilty to numerous felony charges connected to the August 2014 murder of BNSF worker, Robert Limon on Monday. As part of the plea deal, Hearn is also required to testify against the wife of the murdered BNSF worker and alleged ex-lover Sabrina Limon. Also, pursuant to the plea agreement, Hearn must apologize to the family of Robert Limon.
On Monday, Hearn appeared in court and pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaughter, attempted murder, poisoning, and accessory. He now will face over 25 years and 4 months in prison. Both Hearn and Sabrina Limon were accused of conspiring and ultimately following through with the murder of Robert Limon, a Helendale father of two.
Sabrina Limon was arrested on Friday evening for murder, attempted murder, solicit to commit murder, accessory, conspiracy to commit a crime and poisoning according to arrest records. Hearn is scheduled to appear in court on April 4, 2017, for a status hearing.
